Dev Bhumi Foundation – is a professional, non –profit making trust established for the welfare of people, especially in the field of learning and research. It aims to provide centers of learning where caste, creed, race, and community are never a constraint. It shall provide not only a creative learning environment but also a unique place where teachers are dedicated to the students and will leave no stone unturned to impart the benefits of quality education to one and all. MIET Kumaon has been established by theDev Bhumi Foundation, a trust incorporated for the sole purpose of promoting a system of learning through proper training so as to develop the knowledge, skills, mind, and character of children, to make them positive contributors to their society and the nation as a whole in Uttarakhand.
The trustees of Dev Bhoomi Foundation are well known for their philanthropic efforts in the fields of primary education, higher education and medicine. Over the past three decades, they have set up several Engineering Colleges, Schools of Pharmacy, Business Schools, CBSE-affiliated schools and hospitals in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Meerut Institute of Engineering & Technology, Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut Institute of Technology and MIET CCS Campus are institutions managed by the trustees via their other trusts and societies. MIET Kumaon continues to receive guidance and support from these great institutions.
